+CM (M) No. 1101/2011
The order impugned before this Court is the order dated
05.07.2011 vide which the application seeking waiver of cost
: imposed by the order dated 18.01.2010 had been dismissed. The trial Court had noted that the predecessor of the trial Court had in fact said that if the petitioner is able to produce the medical certificate, waiver of cost shall be considered; however on the perusal of the record, the Court had noted that no ground had been made out for waiver of cost; cost was in fact imposed by a detailed order. This is the only grievance of the petitioner. Impugned order in no manner suffers from any infirmity on this count. Petition is without any merit.
Dismissed.
