Ms. Rameeza Hakeem, the counsel for the respon_dent No.3 -Insurance
Cornpany states that the Insurance Company has agreed to settle the matter for a sum of~ 5,00,000/- in full and final settlement of all claims ofthe appellants.
Mr. Amit Chandel, the counsel for the appellants states on instructions that the appellants are ready and willing to accept the aforesaid sum of~ 5,00,000/- in full and final settlement of all their claims.
It is agreed between the parties that a sum of~ 3,22,280/- along with· proportionate interest has already been paid by the Insurance Company to the

2011:DHC:14956 appellants. The balance amount shall be deposited by the Insurance Company with the Registrar General of this Court within four weeks from today, which s~all be released to the appellants.
The appeal stands disposed of accordingly.
A copy of this order be given dasti to the counsel f01;,_ the parties, as prayed.
