In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties before the
Mediation Centre on 8th June, 2011, plaintiffs seek leave to withdraw disputes through the process of mediation centre, court fee be refunded to the plaintiffs in accordance with law. Both these applications are disposed of in the above terms.
All interim applications are also disposed of as infructuous.
The date fixed in the matter i.e. 28 th September, 2011 is cancelled.
