ORDER

2. In these writ petitions the basic challenge is to the issuance of notice to show cause. A contention has been raised by Mr. C. Hari Shankar that the documents that were asked for were not given. Ordinarily, we would have adverted to the same, but we have been apprised in the meantime that the Adjudicating Officer has passed thefinal order.

3. in view of the aforesaid, it is ncessary that the petitioner should exhaust the forum of appeal. Needless to emphasize, it is open to the petitioners to raise the plea of violation of natural justice before the appellate authority. Thatapart, all other pleas, which touch the aspect of jurisdiction, can be raised before the appellate authority which shall be addressed in proper perspective.

4. With the aforesaid directions, the writ petitions are accordingly disposed of.
