ORDER

1. Considering the fact that the Petitioners despite filing written statemerrts oh

W. P. (C) N0s.6872-75/2011 chose to remain ex parte before the Delhi Shops and Establishment Authority and further considering that the amounts of back wages awarded to the workmen is insubstantial, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned orders. It is further clarified that the impugned orders will not come in the way of the Petitioner's defence in any proceedings instituted under the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 against the Petitioner.

2. The writ petitions are dismissed with the above observations.
