ORDER
1. Learned counsel for the plaintiff submits that he has sent a complete paper book to the plaintiff in terms of the last order but the I same has been returned by the courier service with the remarks that no A such person resides at the given address. The Registry has also sent a copy ofthe order dated 23^^ August, 2011 to the plaintiff at her address disclosed in the reply to lA No.1182/2010. The postal authorities have returned the copy of the order to the Registry with the endorsement "unclaimed return to sender".
2. Learned counsel for the plaintiff has sought discharge from the instant case for the reason that he was unable to get complete 2011:DHC:15132 - 2 instructions from the plaintiff and that she was misbehaving with him.
3. The plaintiff is aware of the prayer made by the counsel for discharge inasmuch as she has filed a reply dated 12'" April, 2010 in person which includes in a hand written portion including her address below her signatures. The plaintiff has also appeared in person on 31"' May, 2011 when this case was listed. No appearance has been put in thereafter by the plaintiff. ^ 4. It, therefore, appears that the plaintiff is not interested in f prosecution of the case. The suit is, accordingly, dismissed as non-prosecution.
5. The Registry shall ensure that copy of this order is sent to the plaintiff at the address disclosed in lA No.1082/2010 under registered post. lA Nos.2943/2009 & 13976/2009 In view of the orders passed in the suit, these applications do not survive for adjudication and are dismissed.
