The Petitioner has been in custody from 4th June, 2010 after the appeal of the Petitioner was dismissed by this Courl. Since the Petitioner has been in custody for 16 months and only one year of his sentence remains and also in view of the fact that the children are already studying in schools, I find no reason to grant parole to the Petitioner.
Petition is dismissed. Copy of this order be communicated to the
Petitioner through Superintendent, Tihar Jail.
