Petitioner No.1 is a major and has married of her own free will with the Petitioner
No.2, they have no grievance and they and their family members will not interfere in their happy peaceful married life.
Learned proxy counsel for the learned Additional Standing Counsel on instructions from SI Bharat Bhushan states that the cancellation report has been prepared and the same will be filed before the Learned Trial Court. In view of the statements of Respondent Nos. 3 & 4 and learned counsel for the State, learned counsel for the Petitioner does not press this petition.
Petition and application are dismissed as not pressed.
