30.09.2011 This is a petition for quashing of FIR No. 30912001 under Sections
4271452/323134IPC registered at PS Prasad Nagar, Delhi on the complaint of Respondent No. 2.
As per the status report, the Petitioners are the accused involved and there is no other victim/complainant besides Respondent No. 2.
The complainant/Respondent No. 2 is present in person who is identified by the Investigating Officer. The complainant states that the disputes between the Petitioners and him have been amicably resolved with

Since the parties have amicably resolved their difference and the pendency of the present proceedings will bring further acrimony and disharmony between the two, it would be in the interest of justice if the present FIR is quashed. There is no legal impediment in quashing the FIR in question.
Accordingly, FIR No. 309/2001 under Sections 42714521323134 IPC registered at PS Prasad Nagar, Delhi and the proceedings pursuant thereto are quashed.
Parties have signed this order sheet in acknowledgment of their statements made before this Court.
