JUDGMENT

1. Mr. Sinha, learned Counsel for the petitioners, seeks leave to withdraw this petition, and he submits that there are certain factual errors in the judgment of the learned Central Administrative Tribunal Principal Bench, New Delhi[1], for which he would move the learned Tribunal by way of a review.

2. Accordingly, keeping in note the aforesaid submission, this petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
