HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE MUKTA GUPTA

By this petition the Petitioner has sought protection as she is major and has married to Mohd. Wasim @ Popal of her own free will and against the wishes of family of the Petitioner. On the last date of hearing none was present on behalf of the Petitioner. Today also irone is present on her behalf.
Learned proxy counsel for the standing counsel for the State informs that the matter was listed before the Hon'ble Division Bench in a writ of Habeas
Corpus where the parties have arrived at a settlement. This appears to be a reason for non-appearance of the Petitioner.
The petition and the application are dismissed for non-prosecution.
