By this petition the Petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he has to repbir the dilapidated house and re-establish social ties. On a notice being issued a status report has been filed. As per the status report the house of the
Petitioner is well built and joint family of the Petitioner reside in the said housq According to the status report, the brother, father and mother of the
Petitioner are looking after Petitioner's wife and children and no such problem of the Petitioner as stated in the petition was found to be in existence. w.P.(cRL) s26/2011 page I of 2 oh

Be that as it ffiay, as per the nominal roll the Petitioner was last granted parole with effect from 5th April, 20l0when he surrendered in time.
There is no allegation that he misused the concession of parole granted. The
Petitioner has also sought parole for reestablishing ties. In the facts and circumstances of the case the Petitioner is granted parole for a period of four weeki on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- with one surety of the like amount subject to the satisfaction of the learned Trial
CourVCMM.
Petition is disposed of. Order dasti.
Copy of the order be communicated to the Petitioner through
Superintendent Tihar Jail.

By this application the Petitioner seeks further rnodification of the order dated 3'd Octob er, 2011 passed by this Court by reducing the surety
. amount. Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner was earlier granted bail on his furnishing a personal bond and the surety bond in the sum of Rs. 10,000/-.
The Petitioner belongs to poor strata of the society, he is not in a position to furnish a personal bond and the surety bond in the sum of Rs.
25,0001-. He was earlier granted parole w.e.f. 5th April, 20L0 when he sutrendered in time.

' In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, I deern it fit to modifu the order dated 3'd October, 2011. It is therefore, directed that the
Petitioner be now released on parole for a period of four weeks on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- with one surety of the like amount, subject to the satisfaction of the learned Trial CourdCMM.
Application stands disposed of.
