In view of Full Bench decision dated 23'"' Septemb^, 2011 with lead case titled as Home Solutions Retails (India) Ltd. vs. Union of
India & Ors. (Writ Petition (C) No. 3398/2010), all these writ petitions are dismissed. ^
Learned counsel appearing in writ petition No. 5905/2011 and
5908/2011 submits that he be allowed to amend the writ petitions with prayer to challenge the retrospectivity. Even that aspect is covered by the aforesaid
