Learned counsel for the respondent states that the unpaid salary up to the date of the suspension letter and the subsistence allowance have since been to the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner, however, seeks a breakup of the same. Learned counsel for the respondent states that since the accountant of the respondent was not available the said breakup could not be furnished to the petitioner but the same shall be positively furnished to the petitioner within four days from today. Learned counsel for the respondent also undertakes to continue to pay the subsistence allowance during the pendency of the enquiry proceedings. Nothing survives in this petition; disposed of accordingly.
