Order No. 008464 dated 101 h October, 2011 drawn upon IDBI Bank, Gurgaon Branch for Rs. 3,25,000/- in full and final settlement of petitioner's dues.
In view of receipt of the aforesaid pay order, Mr. Amiet Andley states that the petitioner has no further claim upon the respondent-company.
Accordingly, the present petition and pending application are disposed ofas satisfied.
