Present: Mr. Rajiv shukla, Advocate for the Appellant. t Learned counsel for the appellant says that the matter has been settled before the Mediation Centre and therefore, he seeks to withdraw the appeal. The appeat is, therefore, dismissed as withdrawn.

Since the appeal has been settled before the commencement of
{ the arguments on the same, in terms of provisions of section 164 of the
Court Fees Act as applicable to Delhi, the appellant is entifled to refund of the 5oo/o of the Court fees. The Registry is directed.to issue necessary certificate for refund of 5Oo/o of the Court fee to the appellant.
The application is disposed of accordingly.
