17.10.2011 The petitioner's wife Surma as well as her child are present in Court. We have enquired from Surma both in Court as well as in Chambers as to where she wants to reside. She has clearly indicated that she does not want to reside with her husband rior does she want to reside with her parents. She is independently residing athernative Village Amba, Tehsil Raipur, District Pali, Rajasthan.
Under these circumstances, no further directions are necessary in this petition and the same stands disposed of
Dasti.
