12.10.2011 The petitioner's daughter Rekha, who was allegedly missing since
15.09.2011, is present in court. She states that she,is married to Avnish
Kumar, who is also present in court. She also states that she is 23 years old and that she and Avnish Kumar got married on 22.02.2011 and that she left her parental home on 15.09.2011 out of her own free will and started residing with her husband. The petitioner as well as his wife are also present in court and they have stated that they acknowledge the marriage between their daughter Rekha and Avnish Kumar but they want to have a formal frinction in respect of the same. Both Reldia and Avnish Kumar have no objection in the said fiinction being held by the parents. According to the petitioner the fiinction will be held within two months. The petitioner's
2^ 2011:DHC:18303-DB A daughter Reldia as well as Avnish Kumar state that if the petitioner holds the said function they would definitely participate in the said fiinction. The petitioner has no objection if his daughter Rekha as well as Avnish Kumar come to meet him and his wife at their residence at any time.
In view ofthe foregoing statements made by,the petitioner, his wife as well as Rekha and Avnish Kumar, who are all present in court, no further directions are necessary in the writ petition. The same stands disposed of
