ORDER (ORAL)
18.11.2024 C. HARI SHANKAR, J
JUDGMENT

1. Mr. Mishra, learned Counsel for the petitioners, draws our attention to para 11 of the impugned order, which reads as under:

“11. In the conspectus of the discussions in the foregoing paragraphs, we dismiss the O.A. and grant liberty to the applicants to seek leave of the Tribunal for reviving the O.A. after the final outcome of SLP No.7365/2015 in the Hon’ble Supreme Court. No order as to costs.”

2. He submits that, after the impugned order was passed, SLP NO. 7365/2015 has been dismissed by the Supreme Court and that, therefore, the petitioners would be moving the Tribunal seeking revival of the OA in accordance with liberty granted by para 11 of the impugned order (supra). W.P.(C) 6318/2022

3. He accordingly seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to re-approach the Court should any grievance arise after the OA is decided.

4. Leave and liberty is granted as aforesaid. The petition is disposed of.
