JUDGMENT

1. The point raised in the present petition is very short and simple.

2. The petitioner had earlier filed an application seeking allotment of an alternate plot in view of acquisition of her land. Her such petition i.e. W.P.

(C) No. 6899/2014 was disposed of by the learned Co-ordinate Bench of this

Court by directing the respondent to examine and process the application of the petitioner in accordance with law, uninfluenced by the delay in filing the same.

3. Learned counsel for respondent had, earlier, sought time to seek requisite instructions.

4. Today, during the course of the arguments, learned counsel for respondent submits that let petitioner contact Deputy Secretary (Land & CONT.CAS(C) 1422/2024 2 Building Department), Alternative Branch, Government of NCTD, Vikas Bhawan, I.P. Estate, New Delhi within two weeks from today and her representation shall be decided on or before 31.03.2025.

5. In view of aforesaid, present petition is disposed of with the direction to decide the representation of the petitioner within the aforesaid timeframe.

6. Petitioner would be at liberty to file appropriate petition if aggrieved by the outcome of her such representation and/or to seek revival of the present petition in case the aforesaid timeframe is not adhered to.
