1. Petitioner seeks initiation of contempt proceedings against the respondents for wilful disobedience of the directions passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court on 02.03.2021 in W.P.(C) 11304/2018 as well as of a subsequent order passed in Cont.Cas(C) 248/2022 on 31.05.2022.

2. It has been brought to the notice of the Court that earlier as per the mutual understanding between the parties, the petitioner was to appear before the Deputy Director (Education) and her representation was required to be disposed of within a period of two weeks.

3. It is apprised that so far there is no outcome of such representation.

4. After hearing both the sides and with the consent of both the parties, the present petition is disposed of with the direction to CONT.CAS(C) 1241/2024 2 respondent - Deputy Director (Education) to dispose of the representation moved by the petitioner herein within a period of four weeks from today.

5. Before disposing of the above said representation, the respondent shall afford an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner by giving her advance notice of at least one week.

6. In view of the above, the present contempt petition stands disposed of as not pressed. However, needless to say in case the petitioner is aggrieved by the outcome of her said representation, she would be permitted to revive the petition immediately.
