JUDGMENT

1. As we have laid down the principles applicable in such cases in our judgments in Staff Selection Commission v Aman Singh[1] and Staff Selection Commission v Amit Goswami[2], and the impugned order makes no reference to the individual facts of this case, the order is quashed and set aside with consent of parties and the OA is remanded for de novo adjudication keeping in mind the principles laid down in Aman Singh and Amit Goswami.
