1. The instant petition has been filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 read with Section 482 of the CRL.M.C. 8489/2024 Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking quashing of FIR no. 13/2024, dated 6th March, 2024, registered at Police Station - Economic Offences Wing, New Delhi for offences punishable under Sections 406/420/120B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

2. The judgment in the captioned petition was reserved on 19th November, 2024 along with a connected matter bearing number W.P.(CRL) 3369/2024 arising out of the same FIR.

3. The aforesaid writ petition, filed by one M/s Uppal Chadha Hi Tech Developers Pvt. Ltd., has been disposed of vide judgment dated 9th December, 2024, whereby, the FIR no. 13/2024, dated 6th March, 2024, registered at Police Station - Economic Offences Wing, New Delhi for offences punishable under Sections 406/420/120B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, along with all the consequential proceedings emanating therefrom have been quashed.

4. In view of the above, since the FIR impugned herein has already been quashed, nothing survives for further adjudication in the instant petition.

5. Accordingly, the instant petition stands disposed of. Pending applications, if any, stand dismissed.
