On 14.3.2012, orders were passed inter alia directing DDA to start process ofallotment by holding draw oflots commencing from 19.3.2012 and to complete the same within three months therefrom. Mr.Bansal, learned counsel appearing for DDA makes a statement at the Bar that DDA has
's ill already initiated the process and the draw oflots will beheld onorbefore 12 June, 2012 and the deadline, as set down in the aforesaid orders, would be met. He further states that steps are taken for providing other services as well, namely, roads, water supply, sewage and drainage etc. For this purpose, MCD, DDA and DJB are working in tandem. Since there is already a direction to all these authorities to maintain the time schedule set in our order dated 14.3.2012, reiterating that order, these writ petitions stand disposed of
However, liberty is given to the petitioners to approach the Court again and
2012:DHC:10477-DB file applications in these petitions itself in case any of the authorities faulted in their commitment.
