ORDER
1. In view of the fact the Mr. Justice P.K. Bahri (retired) has expressed his disinclination to continue as atl Arbitrator, leamed counsel for the parties 2012:DHC:10430 41-/ leave it to the Court to refer the disputes to any other learned Arbitrator.
2. This Court appoints Mr. Justice A.P. Shah, retired Chief Justice of this Courl as an Arbitrator R/o F-6A, Hauz Khas, New Delhi- 16 (Mob.9910160007) to adjudicate the disputes between the parties, including their claims and counter claims. The arbitral records will be collected by the Petitioner in OMP No. 878 of 2011 from the erstwhile Arbitrator in a sealed cover and delivered to Mr. Justice A.P. Shah, who will communicate to the parties his terms. It will be open to the parties to apply to the learned Arbitrator for approprr'*. interim reliefs.
3. The petitions are disposed of. Order be given dasti to learned counsel for itrator forthwith.
