LAA No.11512011, Jai Prakash Vs. Union of India & Anr. pertaining to
Village Bamnoli.
The decision in the aforesaid appeal of Jai Prakash has been rendered by this Court on 1st February 2012. Learned counsel for the appellant states that this appeal has to be disposed of in terms of the aoresaid decision.
Accordingly, this appeal stands disposed of in terms of the decision in
Jai Prakash's case (supra).
