Kumar Vs. Union of India, 1997 (3) SCC 261. In view thereof, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition, with liberty to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal. Counsel for the respondents argued that the matter comes within the domain of CAT.
Writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
