ORDER
1. Writ Petition(C) 807/2011 is also taken on board along with the LpA.
2. Though this LPA was base againsf the interirh order, seeing possibilities of settlement, the matter was sent to the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. Settlement has been a:rived at between the parties, which is recorded in the mediation report. The settlement aEeement is annexed with the report stating the tenns of settlement which $., >"h 1/. 2012:DHC:10485-DB ),b \\ has taken place between the parties. As per the settlement, the appellant has agreed to pay to the respondenVworkman total amount of Rs 6,00,000/- in ftill and final settlement of all the claims of the workman/respondent which are the subject matter of the present writ petition and the LPA. The appellant has deposited a suln of Rs.2,66,4001- which shall be released to the respondent/workman immediately along with interest, if any. The balance arnourt of Rs.3,33,600/- has to be paid by the appellant to the respondent/workman within 30 days from 02.05.20L[2]. Counsel for the appellant assures that balance payment shall be made within the aforesaid tirne prescribed.
3. The LPA and the writ petition are disposed of in the aforesaid manner treating the award as satisfied.
