ORDER
1. This is an application for preponing the date of hearing.
2. It is not possible to prepone the date of hearing, keeping in view the heavy board of the Court.
3. At this stage, the learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that the challan has already been filed and therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw the bail application with liberty to approach the trial Court.
4. The learned APP does not have any objection.
5. The bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
