Bail Appln. 619/2012 This petition is filed under Section 438 CrPC seeking transit anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 233./2012, P.S. Nisari Gate, Meerut. The FIR was registered on the complaint of Merazuddin, father of the prosecutrix Aasma. Both the petitioners are present in court with their counsel. They state having married with each other. In view of the factual matrix and for the reasons stated in the petition, the petitioners, in the event of arrest, are granted interim transit anticipatory bail for one week to enable them to appear before the court concerned at Meerut on
2012:DHC:9709 1/ their furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- each with one surety each in the like amount to the satisfaction ofthe Registrar General ofthis Court.
