Having regardto the fact that the penalty of Rs. 80,000/-, which was imposed by the SDM on the petitioner has already been deposited on 9.1.2012, the petitioner in the event of arrest, shall be released on bail on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the
Arresting Officer/Investigating Officer/SHO and subject to the condition that petitioner shall join the investigation as and when called by the Investigating
Officer.
