07.05.2012 This is a petition for quashing of the FIR No. 53/2012 under Section
323/341/308/509/34 IPG registered at PS Anand Vihar, Delhi on the complaint of
Respondent No.2/Complainant.
Both the parties are present in Court and are identified by their respective counsels. Respondent No. 2 states that the matter has been amicably compromised between the parties and in view of the settlement arrived at, he does not want to pursue the abovementioned FIRs against the Petitioners.
. In view of the fact that the parties have amicably resolved their differences of their own free will and volition and they have no objection to quashing of the
FIR, no useful purpose will be served in continuance of the FIR and the proceedings. Thus, it would be in the interest of justice to quash the
2012:DHC:8283 / abovementioned FIRs and the proceedings emanating therefrom.
Consequently, FIR 53/2012 under Section 323/341/308/509/34 IPG registered at PS Anand Vihar, Delhi and the proceedings emanating therefrom are hereby quashed.
The petition and pending application are disposed of. Order dasti.
