09.05.2012 This is a petition seeking parole for the purpose of appearing in the LLM.
Examination scheduled tobe held on 23"^^ and 25^'^ May, 2012.
Having regard to the facts of the case, 10 days parole is granted to the
Petitioner on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety of the like amount subject to the satisfaction of the learned Trial
Court/CMM. The Petitioner will surrender before the Superintendent, Tihar Jail on 26"^ May, 2012.
Petition is disposed of. Copy of this order be given dasti under signature of the Court Master.
