09.05.2012 This is a petition under Section 438 CrPC for anticipatory bail in case FIR
No. 684/2006, under Sections 120B/420/448/467/468 IPC, P.S. Defence Colony.
Having regard to the entire factual matrix and the fact that the main accused persons have been released on bail and keeping in view the role attributed to the petitioner, he, in the event of arrest, shall be released on bail on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer/Investigating Officer/SHO and subject to the condition that petitioner shall join the investigation as and when called by the
Investigating Officer.
