Having regard to the entire factual matrix and the fact that the petitioner is in judicial custody since 10.1.2012, the co-accused is on bail and the charge sheet has also been filed, the petitioner is admitted on bail on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court, and also subject to the condition that he shall not try to influence or win-over the witnesses.
