Having regard to the entire factual matrix and the role attributed to the petitioner, he, in the event of arrest, shall be admitted on bail on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the
Arresting Officer/Investigating Officer/SHO and subject to the condition that petitioner shall join the investigation as and when called by the Investigating
Officer.
