JUDGMENT
SURESH KUMAR VERMA ..... Petitioner

1. Vide the instant petition, petitioner has pressed on alternative prayer made for issuance of the mandamus directing the respondent to pass a reasoned decision and within a time bound manner.
2. Notice issued.
3. Mr. M. A. Siddiqui, ld. Counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondent and submits that complaint against the petitioner was made on 23.09.2011 for sexual harassment. Department made the formal enquiry and thereafter the matter was put before the Sexual Harassment Committee. Executive Counsel under Statute 37 already met on 23.04.2012. Minutes of the same have been framed and the same is in the process of circulation.
4. Ld. Counsel further submits that action proposed, if any, shall be communicated within six weeks from today and the principle of natural 2012:DHC:3184 W.P.(C) 2777/2012 justice and the relevant laws shall be duly obliged with.
5. Keeping his statement into view, if the petitioner files response to the proposed action within two weeks, I expect from the respondents to take decision thereafter within six weeks.
6. In view of the above discussion, instant petition along with CM. NO. 5961/2012 (Stay) stands disposed of.
