Lrpo'the r'atter and have settled the rnatter on the following terms:

(i) The LRs of Shri Rajendra Rana shall be paid a sum of Rs.i Laldr which rr.ars deposited by the rnanagement in the year 2007 along with interest
, rvhich has accrued thereupon. The Registry shall, release the aforesaid ailpunt in favour of Srnt.'I(anta Devi, widow of Shri Rajendra Rana.
(ii) Shri Veer Pal and Shri Shiv Rarn shail be paid a lurnp sum compensation of
Rs.50,0001- each.,This arnount shall be paid to them within 15 days.
(iii) 01 naking the aforesaid payment, the irnpugned awald shall stand satisfied in'erll respects and none of these worktnen or their legal representatives shall have any claim against the managetlent. The management has, however, agreed to give fresh ernployrnent to Shri Veer Pal and Sil'i Shiv
I Ram as helper/labour with effect frorn 1 .6.2012. Both these persons shall

ORDER
2. Litigation expenses of Rs.7,500/- each was ordered to be given to Shri Veer F Pal ancl Shri Shiv Ram. This amount was deposited by the rnanagement in this C.ourt..A sum of Rs.7,500/- has already been withdrawn by Shri' Veer Pal. Another sun of Rs.7,5001- shall be released in favour Shri Bankey Bihari, learned counsel for the respondent.. 3.
