Commission, New Delhi. In our considered view, no interference is called for. This appeal being devoid of any merit, is accordingly dismissed.

Pursuant to the directions of this Court, the appellant had deposited Rs.2 lacs with the Registrar of this Court, which was invested in fixed deposit in a nationalized bank. The Registry is directed to handover the said amount, with interest, to the appellant within two weeks. .....................J
