JUDGMENT

1. After some hearing, Mrs. Ahlawat, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this writ petition submitting that she would instruct her client to avail of the liberty granted by the Tribunal to proceed against the respondent/officer in accordance with law. She only prays that proceedings should not be influenced by any observation contained in the impugned judgment. W.P.(C) 16492/2024

2. Subject to the limited caveat that the de novo proceedings against the respondent officer, in the event that the petitioner chooses to so proceed, would not be influenced by any observations contained in the impugned judgment, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
