JUDGMENT
(oral)

1. The prime grievance expressed in present petition is to the effect that the petitioner does not have any access to his property and therefore, he seeks directions to provide him with an ‘Approach Road’.

2. Learned counsel for respondent appears on advance notice and accepts notice.

3. It is noticed that earlier also the petitioner had filed petition seeking demarcation of his property and had filed writ petition i.e. W.P (C) NO. 15147/2021 and the above said writ petition was, eventually, disposed of, since demarcation was carried out.

4. Keeping in mind the overall facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that the prime grievance of the petitioner is that he does not have any Approach Road to his property, the present petition is directed to be treated as a representation and let this representation be decided by the Competent Authority of DDA, preferably, within 12 weeks from today. W.P.(C) 17202/2024 2

5. It is also expected that if any request is made by DDA to the petitioner to provide them with certain documents or record, the petitioner would immediately provide the same so that the decision is taken by DDA without any unnecessary delay.

6. Keeping in mind the complex nature of the matter, the petitioner may also be given personal hearing by such Authority.

7. The petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
