Instead of remanding the matters to the Tribunal, we have decided WP (C) 5179/2018, Government of NCT of Delhi v Durga Parshad in favour of the respondents, the petitioners, in these petitions before this court would be entitled to the same relief. Their OAs are, therefore, allowed to the same extent.
3. These writ petitions are disposed of.
