JUDGMENT
(ORAL)
08.01.2025 C. HARI SHANKAR, J.

1. These original applications were disposed of with the following observations:-

“17. In the conspectus, we do not find any necessity to keep these O.As. pending. We dispose them of at this stage by granting liberty to the applicants to seek reconsideration of these O.As. after the disposal of the W.P. (C) No.5179/2018 - Durga Parshad (supra) by the Hon'ble High Court. No order as to costs.”

2. Instead of remanding the matters to the Tribunal, we have decided WP (C) 5179/2018, Government of NCT of Delhi v Durga Parshad in favour of the respondents, the petitioners, in these petitions before this court would be entitled to the same relief. Their OAs are, therefore, allowed to the same extent.

3. These writ petitions are disposed of.
