1. Mr. Padma Kumar S, learned Counsel for the respondent, submits that these writ petitions are directed against interim orders W.P.(C) 6089/2019 & W.P.(C) 6377/2019 passed by the Tribunal in OAs which have since been withdrawn by his clients.

2. As such, he submits that these writ petitions do not survive for consideration.

3. Ms. Sriparna Chatterjee, learned Counsel for the petitioners, confirms this position.

4. Accordingly, these writ petitions are disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
