This appeal is preferred by the appellant against the rejection of his application for anticipatory bail by the High Court in Criminal Miscellaneous No.33954 of 2009.
This Court, while issuing notice on 13.05.2010 directed that in the event of arrest, the appellant be released on interim bail to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer or the concerned
Court, as the case may, in connection with Alipur P.S.Case bearing
No.35 of 2008 dated 23.12.2008, Gaya, Bihar with a further direction to the appellant to co-operate with the investigation.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, we are of the opinion that the order dated 13.05.2010 passed by this
Court be confirmed.
Appeal disposed of accordingly.
