Magistrate and Negotiable Instruments Act, Special Court, Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
We have heard the learned counsel for the parties to the lis.
In the facts and circumstances of the cases, we are of the opinion that the Transfer Petitions, having no merit, be dismissed and are dismissed.
