1. Shri Siddhartha Dave, learned counsel appearing for the State of Madhya Pradesh, on instructions, would submit that the appellant – Sita Ram has been released by the State Government on completion of 14 years of sentence awarded by the Trial Court and confirmed by the High Court.

2. In view of the above, in our opinion, nothing survives in this appeal for our consideration and decision. Therefore, the appeal is disposed of as unnecessary.
