JUDGMENT
1. By this application, the learned counsel for the appellant seeks leave to withdraw RFA(COMM) 403/2025 in view of the settlement agreement dated 27 March 2026 executed between the parties.
2. Accordingly, the appeal is permitted to be withdrawn. The application is allowed.
3. The next date of 15 July 2026, already fixed in the matter, stands cancelled.
