JUDGMENT
1. Learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the petition as the parties have reached an amicable settlement.
2. Learned Counsel for the petitioner also submits that in compliance with this Court’s Order dated 19.03.2024, the principal amount was deposited on 22.04.2024 vide Demand Draft No.980898 and before the Learned Registrar General on 24.04.2024.
3. Learned Counsel for the respondent submits that he has no objection to the same.
4. Let it be released along with the interest.
5. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
