JUDGMENT
1. Present application has been filed by the petitioner under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 seeking withdrawal of the main petition i.e. O.M.P. (COMM) 305/2024.
2. Mr. Arsh, learned counsel appearing for the respondent appears on advance notice and submits that he has no objection to the present application.
3. For the reasons stated in the present application and there being no objection from the respondent, the application stands allowed and disposed of.
4. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
5. Accordingly, the next date of hearing stands cancelled.
