JUDGMENT
(ORAL)

1. The accused/applicant seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 210/2026 of PS Aman Vihar for offence under Section 309(4)/311/3(5) BNS.

2. Broadly speaking, the allegation against the accused/applicant is that he along with co-accused Vikas kept surveillance outside the house while the remaining co-accused persons entered the house and committed the alleged robbery. Date: 2026.07.06 17:22:53 +05'30' BAIL APPLN. 2461/2026 pages

3. Learned counsel for accused/applicant claims parity on the ground that the co-accused Vikas has been granted bail by the Court of Sessions by way of order dated 30.06.2026. It is also submitted that TIP proceedings pertaining to the accused/applicant failed.

4. Learned APP for State, assisted by IO/SI Anil accepts notice and in all fairness submits that there is nothing to oppose this application.

5. Therefore, the application is allowed and the accused/applicant is directed to be released on bail subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.

6. A copy of this order be immediately transmitted to the concerned Jail Superintendent for informing the accused/applicant.
